Shipping

-Please allow 2-5 business day's (all products are handmade) for your order to be processed and shipped.

• Tracking numbers are provided and it is necessary to keep track of your order. Items that have melted due to you NOT retrieving your product immediately after it was delivered to you is not our responsibility/fault. Please check out our blog "Summer Heat & Shipping" on how to get help on how to fix any melting issues. Melting issues are very uncommon, due to shipping our products in insulated materials. Our goal is to make sure your products are delivered just how they left our shipping location.
